I am an architect interested in heritage, conservation, and urban planning. For the last two years, I have been finishing the Conservation of Monuments and Sites master at KU Leuven. Before that, I worked at EzArq, an architectural firm in Bogotá, where I was in charge of various conservation projects. From 2020 until 2021, I was in charge of the design and construction management of a listed house from 1940 in Bogotá. Additionally, I was responsible for the construction management of a country house on the outskirts of the colonial municipality of Villa de Leyva in Boyaca.
My Master's thesis centers on the importance of stakeholder communication in achieving the successful completion and advancement of heritage projects, particularly those of Modern Heritage.
During my university years, I was a teacher assistant for various subjects, such as Unidad Colombia, Unidad Urbana, and Urban Landscape. These classes seek to bring the student closer to the historical and social reality of Bogotá and Colombia. I worked in the DeArq magazine and the ESCALANDO exhibition, which allowed me to gain experience in text editing and layout for publications.

My undergraduate thesis project, "Water Heritage," sought to relate the public space of the city of Bogotá with the historical monuments on the San Francisco River. Understanding that heritage in a city is an opportunity and an asset for the development and enjoyment of its inhabitants.
